About Me

god is the greatest.

I am the product of a military veteran and a college professor. I was raised on the North side of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Like most kids, I was informed though popular culture and the limited exposure of my hometown. I used baseball as a vehicle to earn a scholarship to Morehouse College. In May of 2020, I graduated from Morehouse with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While in college, I created The Two-Six Project, a 501c3 organization created to assist marginalized students through intentional programming from Fayetteville.

Through the years I have built a passion for human capital curation, with a special interest in the leadership & character development of marginalized youth. My background as a former college athlete, organizer, entrepreneur, and researcher positions me in a unique space to connect a diverse network through creative mediums. From an academic standpoint, I have experiences at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Vanderbilt University, and the University of California at Berkeley. From a corporate context I have consulted and engaged with brand such as Google, Adobe, and Clinton Global Initiative.

My role as a People Analytics Research Analyst at Google allows for me to explores data analytics as a means to improve equity for hiring candidates from underrepresented communities. In addition, I study part-time at Columbia University as a student in their Masters of Science in Human Capital Management program.

My mission is to consistently embody limitlessness through authentic alignments of growth and agenda’s of freedom.
